The festival offers maple syrup tastings as well as live bluegrass music, demonstrations, tours and activities for children including a petting zoo and play area. Visitors can also learn about the history of maple syrup, see the Guinness world record holder for greatest pancake flipper or compete in a cooking contest, which recognizes the best recipes using maple syrup.
