Dig IN Food Festival 2011

Embark on a field to tabletop journey at the annual Dig IN food festival at White River State Park in downtown Indianapolis. Reminding guests that Indiana produces much more than corn, dozens of chefs, brewers, wineries and food artisans will be on site showcasing all the farm-fresh products the Hoosier state has to offer.

Attendees can sample signature dishes made from local products, listen to community leaders speak on food issues and enjoy cooking demonstrations. Local music acts, urban gardening exhibits and beer and food pairing lessons are also being featured.
