I am trying to eat ‘clean’ and eat fruits and vegetables in season. Being from Indiana makes it a little more difficult to know what to eat in January, February, March and December. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Angela Marciniak, Mishawaka, IN

Try to eat allot of soups (hot and of course cold purées) mostly using vegis and fruits that have been frozen. Get a vacuum seal device they are a life saver when trying to eat clean and in season out here in the Midwest
