The farm finishes calves that it gets from local Indiana farmers, allowing them to feed on all the grass and grain they want. All of the grains, including ground shelled corn and soft red winter wheat, are grown on the farm. Beef is inspected, packaged, frozen and shipped straight to consumers from a certified facility for a truly farm-to-table product.
