In 1944, Edward Sieg harvested 10 acres of popcorn from his family farm in southern Indiana. Four generations later, Ramsey Popcorn Company is now a leading supplier of kernels to the biggest snack brands in the world.
In the ’80s, the family created its own microwave brand, Cousin Willie’s Popcorn, and named it for Edward’s son, Wilfred Sieg. Starting as an Indiana favorite, it’s now found in stores and homes across America. Cousin Willie’s Popcorn comes in microwave, kernel and ready-to-eat varieties. Their bestsellers include Buttery Explosion, Movie Theater Butter, Kettle Corn, Sea Salt and online-exclusive sampler packs.
“The #CousinCrew definitely have their favorites!” says Jason Sieg, vice president of sales and marketing for Ramsey Popcorn. “Our fans are deeply loyal to Cousin Willie’s Popcorn.”
