Head to historic downtown Rising Sun this October for the city’s 32nd Annual Navy Bean Fall Festival on the banks of the Ohio River. In addition to the festival’s signature navy bean soup served with homemade cornbread, festival-goers will enjoy carnival rides, a parade, games, live music and a 5K walk and run.
