7. Sheep Vocabulary:
- Ewe – a female sheep used for breeding
- Ram – a reproductively intact male sheep used for breeding
- Wether – a male sheep that is no longer reproductively intact and not used for breeding
- Lamb – a baby sheep or the meat of a sheep between 4 and 6 months old
- Mutton – the meat of an adult sheep
- Flock – a group of sheep
- Lanolin – oil from sheep wool used in cosmetics
