Vineyards and wineries are cropping up all over these days, and the Hoosier state is no exception. Indiana wineries flourish along three designated wine trails, making for plenty of opportunities to experience the full range of Indiana wines, plus other points of interest along the way.
The Indiana Uplands Wine Trail winds through the rolling hills of the state’s south-central region, showcasing nine wineries and highlighting the area’s rich history. Wines produced in the Uplands region are unified by the topographic, climatic and geologic characteristics unique to the soil of this unglaciated plateau.
