A Latte With Ott, A. [Blog Spotlight]

Grab a cup of coffee and curl up in your favorite chair to discuss baking, gardening, decorating, food and fashion with an old friend. She might not be there in person, but Amy Ott – or Ott, A. as she’s known online – wants her blog readers to feel like they’re sitting around talking and enjoying coffee together.

Ott’s blog, A Latte with Ott, A., features posts about baking and canning, what she’s growing in her garden, decorating, traveling Indiana in search of breaded tenderloins and her latest fashion finds. She also hosts monthly recipe contests for which she encourages bloggers to cook with a themed ingredient such as duck, lamb, artichokes or yeast.

The Rochester native grew up in a farming family, and she first started blogging about her family’s flock of Shropshire sheep. Ott, A. now lives in Greenfield with her husband, Ott, E., where both work in the agriculture industry.
