Young farmers and agribusiness professionals from across the state will gather in Indianapolis from Feb. 20 to 22 for the 2026 Innovate & Grow Conference.

To be held at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing, the conference is presented by the Indiana Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ag Professionals. YF&AP’s goal is cultivating members to become the next generation of agricultural leaders through leadership development, awards, competitions and networking.

The Innovate & Grow Conference is special due to its scope. Local events geared toward young farmers and ag professionals are hosted by county Farm Bureaus and INFB’s 10 districts at different locations throughout the year. But hundreds are expected to attend the Innovate & Grow Conference, which will feature a variety of activities, including entertainment, opportunities for networking, keynote speakers, tours and more.

Scheduled speakers include Dallas Clark, who played 11 NFL seasons for the Colts, Ravens and Buccaneers and who founded the Dallas Clark Foundation (dallasclarkfoundation.com), a nonprofit that provides scholarships, helps fund local town improvements, and teaches youth about football and physical fitness.

Also speaking will be farm influencer Mary Pat Sass, a Midwestern farm wife and mom from Northern Illinois (marypatsass.com). Among Sass’ entrepreneurial ventures are Grounded Journals, a collection of prompted journals and albums that give farm and ranch families a simple way to preserve their memories and special moments.

Registration opens Dec. 18 and closes Feb. 13. For more information, visit infb.org/events and click on “2026 Innovate & Grow Conference presented by Young Farmers & Ag Professionals.”
