Navy Bean Fall Festival

Sept. 16-17, 2022, Rising Sun

Head to historic downtown Rising Sun this October for the city’s Navy Bean Fall Festival on the banks of the Ohio River. In addition to the festival’s signature navy bean soup served with homemade cornbread, festivalgoers will enjoy carnival rides, a parade, games, live music, and a 5K walk and run.
