Doctor Who is the longest-running science fiction television series in history. Who North America is a retail business located in Camby (just outside Indianapolis) dedicated to the television show. Keith Bradbury, an avid fan who began watching Doctor Who in the 1980s, started the business online in 1998 and grew it into a full-fledged brick-and-mortar destination for Whovians everywhere.

In 2015, Who North America launched “Doctoberfest,” an annual Doctor Who-themed fall festival held on Bradbury’s 2-acre property, which includes a 7,000-square-foot building that has a retail section, a museum, a viewing room and a game room – all dedicated to Doctor Who. Doctor Who fans gather together to meet, mingle, play Doctor Who-themed games, and take part in both costume and pumpkin-carving contests. Whovians can peruse the many delightful goods available at the store from the many vendors who hand-make Doctor Who-themed items. This free celebration is open to everyone (kids included) and cosplay is encouraged. This year’s Doctoberfest is slated for Oct. 24. For more information, visit whona.com.
