Celebrating Michigan City’s beautiful lakefront, the Singing Sands Sand Sculpting Festival features three days of fun in the sun June 7-9.
Debuting in 2022, this popular Indiana event showcases a professional sand sculpting exhibition and competition in the city’s famous “singing sands,” as well as a Kidz Zone, sculpting demonstrations, live music, an artisan market, and an array of food and beverage options, including a full bar.
“The Singing Sands Sand Sculpting Festival is quickly becoming one of the premier sand sculpting competitions in the United States,” says Bill Knight, a professional sand sculptor of The Sand Lovers LLC, which partners with Michigan City to put on the event.
