Based in Lebanon, Indiana, Mike’s Meaty Jerky crafts bold jerky flavors in small batches using quality ingredients. Company founder Michael Trojnar, who learned the art of making homemade beef jerky as a child alongside his dad in their family kitchen, decided to turn his passion into a business in 2021.
After extensive research, experimenting with new jerky flavors, honing his craft and investing in new equipment, Trojnar now sells his delicious, handcrafted jerky to a loyal customer base in Indiana and beyond. Flavor offerings range from classics such as Mike’s O.G. to more unique flavors, including Candied Bacon, Sticky & Sweet Teriyaki, Dill-i-cious Dill Pickle and Mango Habanero.
