Company founder Michael Trojnar, who learned the art of making homemade beef jerky as a child alongside his dad in their family kitchen, decided to turn his passion into a business in 2021.
After extensive research, experimenting with new jerky flavors, honing his craft and investing in new equipment, Trojnar now sells his delicious, handcrafted jerky to a loyal customer base in Indiana and beyond.
