Whip up a decadent pie-flavored smoothie without the crust calories. In a blender, combine equal amounts of yogurt (Greek plain or vanilla) with low-fat milk, along with fresh peach slices or pitted cherries, a little almond extract and some cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Add a smidgen of brown or white sugar if you want and any other spices like a dash of nutmeg or ginger.
