Keep your pantry, freezer and refrigerator filled with the right ingredients so that nutrient-rich snacks are available anytime for the kids during the summer. 8. Frozen Grapes or Cherries

After washing grapes or fresh sweet cherries, spread on a large pan and freeze at least 1 hour. Then place them in a freezer plastic bag and freeze completely.
