Spick and Span with Bar Keepers Friend
Since 1882, kitchens, bathrooms and more have been kept clean and shiny thanks to Bar Keepers Friend, a nationally popular product that began in Indiana.
It all started when an Indianapolis chemist noticed how clean his pot was after cooking rhubarb, so he formulated a talcum-smooth cleanser using an active ingredient found in the plant. He sold it to the city’s taverns, who were so pleased with how well it cleaned their bar fixtures that the name “Bar Keepers Friend” was born.
Since then, Bar Keepers Friend has become known as one of the best cleaning products around, and it’s still produced in Indianapolis.

There is nothing better than a clean home. A lot of our local clients use it. It can be especially great after the harsh winters.
