Fall means crisp weather, ideal for autumn festivals throughout Indiana, and the New Albany Harvest Homecoming Festival is a must-see event. What began in 1967 continues to grow, drawing hundreds of thousands to one of Indiana’s best fall festivals.

Happening this year Oct. 5 through 13, the event features an annual parade with memorable floats. Other activities include the Purdue Pumpkin Chunking competition, Name that Song College Scholarship Contest, a corn hole tournament, Kids’ Day in the Park, a car show, Friday movie night, live entertainment and music, and so much more.
Sponsored by the Harvest Homecoming Festival Associates, a nonprofit organization, this event is fully volunteer-driven, showcasing the community spirit and fellowship of New Albany.
