Spend a weekend in nostalgic Mayberry with Gomer Pyle, Floyd the Barber, Ernest T. Bass and the rest of “The Andy Griffith Show” crew at the Mayberry in the Midwest Festival in Danville.
Held at the Historic Courthouse Square, the two-day festival celebrates the popular television show with a number of tribute artists representing the characters, a kick-off pancake breakfast, arts and craft vendors, a bluegrass concert and more.
Don’t miss the Mayberry in the Midwest Parade on Saturday morning, complete with a marching band, squad cars, a pack of Opie look-a-likes and more.
The 2019 festival takes place May 17-19.
