Making a gingerbread house is a holiday tradition for many families, but in Fort Wayne, it’s also a friendly competition.

The Festival of Gingerbread, held at the History Center, features more than 100 edible creations made by everyone from preschoolers to professional chefs. Past winners have included the Three Little Pigs’ House, Lincoln’s Log Cabin and Downton Abbey.
